Graveside service for Albert Gayle Doolittle age 74 of Texico, New Mexico will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Texico Cemetery with Rev. Rob Hollis officiating. Mr. Doolittle passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis. He was born January 14, 1935 in Clovis to Truman Thomas and Ruth Geneva Bell Doolittle. He attended school in Texico and enlisted in the U.S. Army and served right after the Korean Conflict. He worked for many years as a delivery driver for Helton Oil. He attended the Texico Baptist Church.

He is survived by two sisters Doris Tucker of Anaheim, California, and Mildred Sue Scott of Plains, Texas; one brother Ansel Doolittle of Lubbock, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and six brothers.
