Alicia Ruiz

Alicia Munoz Ruiz, age 42, of Clovis, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2011 at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on April 3, 1968, to Lino and Epifania Mejias Munoz in Levelland, Texas.

Alicia loved singing and dancing, and loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by her spouse, Incarnacion Fernandez three children, Christina Villalobos Guilliermo Silva, Incarnacion Fernando Fernandez, and Jessica Jasmine Fernandez four sisters, Mary Lopez of Clovis, Rosa Carrillo of Andrews, Texas, Estella Aldava of Clovis, and Amy Munoz of Poteet, Texas five brothers, Juan Munoz of Clovis, Raymond Munoz of Andrews, Texas, David Munoz of Clovis, Lino Munoz of Odessa, Texas, and Joe Munoz of Post, Texas five grandchildren, Marisol, Mariah, Izrael, Alondra, and Angel and her father, Lino Munoz of Andrews, Texas.

Alicia is preceded in death by her mother, Epifania Munoz, and two sisters, Virginia Munoz and Eva Castillo.

A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2011, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2011 at SteedTodd Chapel with Brother Miguel Angel officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
