Anthony Dimas

Anthony "Lucky" Dimas, age 38, of Tucumcari, NM, has passed away, on October 27, 2017, at UMC Hospital in Lubbock, TX. He was born, March 2, 1979, to Anthony Ramirez and Patricia Dimas in Tucumcari, NM. He attended school in Tucumcari, then moved to Lubbock, TX, for most of his adult life. Lucky moved to Clovis, NM, three years ago, where he met and married his wife Christy San Juan, on July 1, 2017.
Lucky is survived by his wife, Christy of Clovis, NM; two sons: Adrian Dimas of Lubbock, TX, and Anthony Dimas Jr of Clovis, NM; one daughter, Fabiana Montano of Tucumcari, NM; six step-sons: Chapo, Fatboy, Abel, Lonnie, Joel, and Joe; two step-daughters: Desiree and Enia; two uncles: Jimmy Dimas of Clovis, NM, and Johnny Ray Dimas of Santa Fe, TX; two aunts: Gloria Montano of Clovis, NM, and Bertha Garcia of Texas City, TX; Brother, Joseph (Crystal) Espino; god-daughter, Ajacia Sigala; three special nieces: Alina, Marivel, and Celia; numerous loving cousins, nephews, and nieces; and his beloved kitty, Wero, whom he couldn't go anywhere without. He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia.
A Rosary will be recited on Sunday, November 5th, at Steed Todd Funeral Home, 800 E Manana, at 5:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 911 N Merriwether, Monday, November 6th, at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow immediately at Mission Garden of Memories Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joseph Espino, Smiley Mares, Anthony Dimas Jr, Frederick Sigala, Joey Cordova, David Cordova, Abel Alvarado, Adrian Dimas, and Adam San Juan. Honorary bearers are Chapo, Fatboy, Crystal, Alina, Marivel, Celia (Baby Girl), Joaquin III, and Alex.
Lucky was a very giving and loving person, who enjoyed the simple things in life, he will be missed very much.
