Anton Gusel

alignjustify Mr. Anton Tony Gusel was born October 27, 1910 in Staunton, IL. He died Monday, May 21, 2007 at Laurel Ridge Healthcare in Clovis. Tony married Willa Mae Dunn on April 22, 1933 in Alton, IL. After 40 years, Tony retired from Owens Illinois Glass Company as a Corrugators Operator Supervisor. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 67 years.

alignjustify Tony is survived by five daughters, Faye Harris of Florida, Phyllis Neave of New Mexico, Carolee Madon of California, Jeanette Kerr of Arizona, and Jilleath Rose of Georgia; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Tony was a very devoted Father and Grandfather.

alignjustify Tony was preceded in death by his wife, Willa; one son, John; and three grandchildren, Jason Kerr and Stephannie and Mark Cluck.

alignjustify Tony will be remembered by all his friends and family for his great sense of humor, his friendly smile, his great love of people, and his kindness and thoughtfulness. He was loved by many many people and will be greatly missed. He enjoyed traveling and visiting people.

alignjustify The family will be at the home of David and Phyllis Neave, 1813 E. 21st Street, Clovis, NM.

alignjustify Services will be held Saturday, May 26, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Steed-Todd Chapel in Clovis. Clovis Lodge 40 will perform Masonic Rites. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis.
