Aurelia Martinez

Aurelia Sena Martinez, 97 of Clovis, passed away on March17,2017 at her residence with many family members at her side.
Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Clovis with the celebration of Mass following at 3:30 pm. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Aurelia was born October 1, 1919 in Encino, NM to the late Thomas and Cruzita (Gallegos) Sena. She married Romolo Martinez and she was a homemaker and raised their children. Aurelia was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the American Legion and Fraternal Order of Eagles. She enjoyed her family and her many friends and was well known for her great sense of humor.
Aurelia is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Romolo, 2 sisters; Isabel Mendez and Serapia Sandoval, 3 brothers; Alfredo, Franke and Jesus Sena, 4 sons; Danielito, Daniel T, Tomas and Roberto Martinez, a grandson, Tony Johnson and 2 sons-in law; Roy G Barela and Robert P. Velarde. 2 granddaughters 1 grandson and 6 great-grandchildren
Aurelia is survived by her children; Eduardo C. Martinez and wife Maria Teresita, Frances Johnson and husband Raymond, Geneva Barela, Madlyn Velarde and Mary and husband Al Lewis and Jerry Martinez, 24 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren and 96 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
