Aurora Wilcox

Aurora (Vodie) Wilcox, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2016, peacefully at her home.

She was born August 17, 1953 in Pecos, Texas to Valentin and Ines Mendoza.

Aurora Wilcox was proceeded in death by her husband, Tony Wilcox, sister, Lucy Mendoza and her parents, Valentin and Ines (Urias) Mendoza.

Aurora is survived by one sister. Heather (Mendoza) Garcia, nephews: Masen Montoya, Mauricio Montoya and Luke Garcia, niece: Gabriella Montoya, all from Clovis, niece Crystal Mendoza, nephew Max Sandoval, great nephews: Gage, Thomas, Cesario and Abraham Sandoval, all of Carlsbad, NM.

No services will be held at this time. Her request and her wish was to be donated to Science as to help others that share similar health problems.

"God saw you getting tired when a cure was not to be. He wrapped His arms around you, and whispered, "Come to Me". You didn't deserve what you went through so He gave you needed rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He only takes the Best."
