Betty Sena

Betty Jean Sena Betty Boop passed into Gods hands on Sunday August, 19, 2012. She was 58 years old. She lived in Clovis, NM and touched many lives. Everyone who knew her agree that she had a beautiful heart and soul. She was a wonderful woman who always chose to love first before passing judgement. She always saw the best in everyone around her.

Betty was born on May 2, 1954 in Ft. Sumner, NM to Mariano and Romana Sena. She attended Ft. Sumner High School and Clovis Community College. She spent much of her life as a waitress and many would know her from DaddysDaves restaurant. Her last place of employment was Payless Shoe Source where she was assistant manager. She worked there for six years. She will be very missed by her fellow employees whose lives were touched by her kind heart.

She is survived by her beautiful children Christopher Sena, Ricarda Renee Reed and her husband Michael and Maxine Coronado and her fiance Jonathan Suter, her beautiful grandchildren Shawnna Renee Reed, Ryan Michael Reed and James Dillon Suter, her father Mariano C. Sena, brothers Richard Sena Gloria, Sam Sena, Gerald Sena Sarah and her sister Dorothy Pacheco Paul and numerous nieces and nephews as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother Romana Sena, her brothers Tim Sena and Michael T. Sena and two sisters, Cecelia Sena and baby Dorothy Sena.

Bettys family will receive friends at SteedTodd Funeral Home in Clovis on Friday, August 24, 2012 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Church on the Hill in Ft. Sumner, New Mexico with Anna Teeter, officiating. Burial will follow at the Ft. Sumner Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be George Romero, Mathew Sena, Vincent Sena, Joshua Sena, Herman Cordova, and Dusty Tipton. Honorary pallbearers are, Brent Sena, Paul Sena, and Michael Sena.
