Blinda Carnella Carter, 67, of Clovis, New Mexico passed away Friday, October 9, 2009 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis. She was born November 9, 1941 in Clovis, New Mexico to Bert Nora Cooper Davis. She lived in Clovis for 22 years and was a homemaker.

Blinda is survived by 2 daughters, Lydia Lonnie Mansell, Duncan, OK and Melinda Burson of Clovis, NM. She has 3 grand children Matthew Rost, Krysta Willis and Nigel Mansell. She has 2 sisters, Gwen White of Clovis, NM and Sharon Loflin of Dallas, TX.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Steed Todd Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis, NM. Pallbearers will be Wesley Burson, Matthew Rost, Ricky Smith, Virgil Gossett, G.A. Gossett, Gayland Gossett, and Buddy Batenhorse.
