Bobby W. Graham

On Thursday, March 1, 2018, Bobby went to be with the Lord with family surrounding him. He was 80 years old. Born May 29, 1937 to TC and Lois Graham. He attended school in Clovis and Elida, NM. Bobby played basketball and baseball for Clovis High and graduated from Clovis High in 1954.
He married the love of his life Patsy Cannon on July 31, 1955. Bobby and his wife were blessed with two daughters; Charla and Connie. Bobby played for the Clovis Pioneers Independent League. He began a Forty-year career for the Santa Fe Railway as a Civil Engineer in 1955, retiring in 1995.
Bobby was a Square Dance Caller for the Y-Squares Club for nearly 30 years. Bobby and Patsy traveled around NM, TX and CO calling Square Dances.
He often spent summer vacations at Big Meadows in Colorado. He loved to watch his grandkids and great-grandkids play sports. During baseball games, Papa could be heard in the stands hollering "hit a homerun and I'll buy you a pickle."
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents TC and Lois Graham, a sister Jean and a brother Jimmy. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Patsy of the home, two daughters, Charla and (Dave) Bishop of Lexington, SC and Connie (Dwain) Gee of Clovis, NM. Five grandchildren, Conlea (Jason) Gutierrez of Las Vegas, NV, Jeremy Bishop of Pflugerville, TX, Clint (Joanne) Moore of Albuquerque, NM, Kendal Bishop of Lexington, SC, Justin (Jenni) Gee of Houston, TX. Eight great-grandchildren, Dawson and Tristan Chavez-Gutierrez, Jordan Chavez, Ivan and Nico Moore, Bailey Bishop, Stockton and Briar Gee.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, March 6th at 10:00 am at Kingswood Methodist Church. Cremation has taken place. Burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Kingswood Methodist Youth, Main and Plains, Clovis, NM or St. Jude's.
