Bonnie Mannon

Bonnie Sexton Mannon, 72, of Clovis, New Mexico, died Thursday, November 9, 2006 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis. She was born September 29, 1934 in Barthel, Kentucky to Estol R. Jessie M. Sexton.

Ms. Mannon was well known for her musical talents, playing piano with both the Velvetones and the Bill Case Combo and for many social functions, both locally and regionally. Ms. Mannon also enjoyed Bible study with her friends and church family.

She is survived by one brother, Billy D. Sexton Martha of Albuquerque, New Mexico; one sister, Betty Smith of Muncie, Indiana; several nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Bob D. Sexton.

Pallbearers will be Gary Jones, Dave Boswell, Ricardo Cordova, Brandon Pierce, Larry Porter and David Gonzales. Honorary pallbearers will be all members of the Church of the Brethren Community.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at the Church of the Brethren in Clovis with Pastor Jim Kelly officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Terrace Memorial Cemetery in Farwell, Texas.
