Cathy Lenard

Cathy Marie Lenard, age 63 of Portales, NM, passed away on November 5, 2015 in Clovis, NM.

All services will take place November 21 at 1:00 PM and the First Baptist Church in Portales, NM.

Cathy married her husband Preston Lenard on April 19, 1980 in Rome, NY. Cathy was a wonderful mother and wife. She loved serving her church, had a deep appreciation for the U.S. Military and its service members. She cared for others more than herself, and loved her lifelong friends and family.

Cathy is preceded in death by her parents Harold Vaughn and Esther (Vickie) Premo, and her sister Lori Vaughn.

Cathy is survived by her husband Preston Lenard; her two sons Terry (Dina) Carvey of Portales and Chris (Araceli) Lenard of CA; her two daughters Laurie (Austin) Hall and Valerie Martin of Portales; her brothers Harold K. Vaughn of Rome, NY, Tim (Debbie) Vaughn of Rome, NY, Joey Premo of Rome, NY; sisters Darlene (Bill) Mumford of Seneca Falls, NY, Joann Griswold of Ovid, NY and several half brothers and sisters; many nieces, nephews and cousins; 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
