Charlene Follis

Charlene Follis went to meet our Lord on January 27, 2010. Charlene was born January 15, 1926 to Charlie and Annie Alexander in Muleshoe, TX. She married W. P. Follis on January 14, 1946. Charlene moved to Clovis as her permanent home in 1965, where she worked and retired from Clovis Memorial Hospital. She also worked at Mental Health Resources.

Charlene is survived by her children: Don and Linda Sue Follis of Abilene, TX,
Wilma Huerta of Amarillo, TX, Linda and Leonard Anderson of Corpus Christi, TX, and Sandi and Ken Hutchinson of Albuquerque 8 grand children 16 greatgrand children 2 sisters, Joyce Peard of Mocksville, North Carolina, and Inez Woods of Albuquerque., and a very caring friend Ronald Clark of Amarillo, TX.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons: Bryan Graham, Donnie Anderson, Kevin Follis, Mike Hutchinson, Billy Anderson, Randy Follis and Scott Korey.

Charlene was preceded in death by a son, William James her husband Polk five sisters and her parents.

Private services will be held Monday, February 1, 2010. Burial will be at Mission Garden of Memories.

Our family would like to thank the following for the loving care they so graciously provided for her: Viola Reed and Mary Jane Arangua in Corpus Christi, TX, Barbara Nelson in Albuquerque, the staff at Kaseman Skilled Nursing, and Presbyterian Hospice of Albuquerque as well as all those that kept us lifted up in prayer. A very special thank you to Indira who took care of our mom with such dignity, love, and tenderness.
