David Lopez

David "Bobo" Lopez, age 43 from Clovis, New Mexico passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017.

He was born to the home of David Lopez, Jr. and Mary Jane (Lujan) Lucero. After his father passed at an early age he was raised by Pilar Lucero and he loved him just the same.
Bobo loved to read. He was a bookworm and his interests were history and religion. Those were his favorite things to read and learn about. He treasured all his family, especially his daughters. He will always be remembered by his jokes and will be missed being a pest to everyone.

He is survived by his wife Nicole Lopez of the home; his daughters - Gabriela Lopez, JoAnn Lopez, Lonnie Lucero-Lopez, and Gabby Gauna; his sons - Robert Duran-Lopez, Arthur Lucero; his brothers - Andrew (Shannon) Lucero, Sr., Ronnie Lucero, Pilar Lucero, Jr., and David "Smokey" Griego; his sister Marie Mascareño grandchildren - Ricky IV Villafuente, Jr., Manny Moreno, Jr., Desier Rivera, Destiny Delgado, and a new grandbaby on the way.

Bobo is preceded in death by both of his fathers, David Lopez, Sr., Pilar Lucero; a sister - JoAnn Lopez; a brother - Alex Lucero; and his maternal grandmother Zenaida Baca; his paternal grandparents, Timoteo Lopez, Pola Lopez, Henry Lopez, and Jimmy Lopez.

Services will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 10:30AM in the Steed-Todd Chapel with Richard Gomez, officiating. Pall Bearers will be Cremation will take place after the service. Bobo will be available for visitation prior to the service.
