Donn Taylor

Donn Wade Taylor, 67, of Belen, NM, passed away Dec. 16, 2015.

Donn was born Nov. 18, 1948 in Clovis, NM. He was raised in Clovis by his parents Travis and Jean Taylor. After graduation he served in the Navy on the USS San Jose during Vietnam and later attended ENMU in Portales. Donn was employed by Santa Fe Railroad for 36 years first in Clovis and later in Belen.
Donn was passionate about rock n' roll music, The Beatles, fishing, and camping. He was proud to be a Veteran and member of the American Legion. He loved his family and friends and was an avid talker when it came to fishing, sports, and especially his family.

His parents preceded him in death.
He is survived by daughter Shanna Russell, son-in-law Logan, grandsons Liam and Callan of San Antonio, and sister Janis Taylor of Clovis.

Services will be on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at 1PM at Steed-Todd Funeral Chapel, 800 East Manana, Clovis, NM.
