Dora Sena

Dora Irene Sena, age 80, of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on April 24, 2012 at her home in Clovis, New Mexico.

Dora was born on April 13, 1932 to Kidino and Pauline Cordova Gallegos in Logan, New Mexico. She married Benjamin C. Sena on April 16, 1951 in Santa Rosa, New Mexico. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Clovis. Dora was a lady who always put everyones needs before hers. She was known as the rock of the family. She loved to help others. Dora was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband Benjamin, of the home four daughters: Mary Jane Steve Leung of New Jersey, Dora Nick Lucero of Ft. Sumner, New Mexico, Linda Susan Francisco Carbajal of Midland, Texas and Loretta Martinez of Clovis, New Mexico one son: Jude A. Rebecca Sena of Clovis, New Mexico two sisters: Josie Lopez of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Mela Sena of Clovis, New Mexico eighteen grandchildren and twentyseven great grandchildren.

Dora was preceded in death by her parents one daughter: Pauline Sena and one brother: Leo Gallegos.

A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Clovis. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 30, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Sotero Sena, officiating. Casket bearers are Anthony Sena, Jerry Sena, Dory Sena, Jesse Sena, Isaac Coronado and Nicholas F. Lucero.
Honorary Casket bearers are Benjamin Carbajal and Francisco Carbajal. Burial will be at Ft. Sumner Cemetery in Ft. Sumner, New Mexico.
