Dorthy Lue Camp, 81, of Clovis, New Mexico, died Thursday, September 23, 2010, at Farwell Convalescent Center in Farwell, Texas. She was born August 24, 1929, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Elmer and Hazel Brown Harral.
She married Joe Camp July 4, 1947, in Ballinger, Texas. They moved to Farwell in 1948 and then to Clovis in 1971. She helped her husband in the family business, Joe Camp Irrigation. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Clovis.
She is survived by 2 sons and their families, Mike and Patsy Camp of Farwell, Kara, Doug and Logan of Hutto, Texas and Klay, Jeannie and Wyatt of Huntsville, Texas Dale and Charmel Camp of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Stacia, Lance, Lauren and Ryan, Jeffery, Amy and Madie Grace all of Cabot, Arkansas, Justin and Andrea of Hot Springs 2 brothers, Paul and Charlene Harral and Pat and Carolyn Harral 4 sisters, Mary and Maxie Cole, Darlene and Jimmy Jones, Jenny and Mike Egan and Martha and Dennis Sherman and sisterinlaw, Beth Harral.
She was preceded in death by her parents her husband 1 sister, Ruth 2 brothers, Kenneth Elmo and 1 grandson, Ryan.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2010, at SteedTodd Chapel with Rev. Dick Ross officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
Casket bearers will be Tony Harral, Tom Studer, Brent Jones, Chrissy Harral, Jim Harral, Craig Harral and Kent Jones. Honorary casket bearers will be George Davis, Allen Kelley and Ralph Phillips.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
