Edward Autrey

Edward Glenn Autrey, 82, of Texico, New Mexico, died Saturday, March 13, 2010, at Retirement Ranch in Clovis, New Mexico. He was born April 24, 1927 in Mountainair, New Mexico to Felix and Emilie Egger Autrey.

He was a truck driver and enjoyed going and drinking coffee. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Texico.

He is survived by his wife, Mildred Laverne Autrey of Clovis son, Ronnie Glenn Autrey and wife Toni of Clovis daughter, Sherron Hampton and husband James of Apex, North Carolina grandchildren, Wayne Hampton of Austin, Texas, Doug Hampton and wife Cristie of Apex, Tosha Thompson and husband Richard of Anchorage, Alaska and Jessica Sturdivant and husband David of Ralls, Texas great grandchildren, Jimmy Hampton and Brandi Hampton both of Apex and Makenzie Sturdivant of Ralls and 1 brother, Everett Autrey of Grants, New Mexico.

Services will be at 2:00 p. m. Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at SteedTodd Chapel in Clovis with Dr. Joel Horne officiating. Burial will follow at Muleshoe Memorial Park in Muleshoe, Texas.
