Edward Gallegos

Edward (Eddy) Gallegos, 56, of Clovis, NM passed away May 20, 2015 at his home in Clovis, NM.

Edward was born on January 14, 1959 to Richard and Rose Gallegos in Clovis.

He was a handyman. Eddy was a jokester. He was known for his smile and sense of humor. He liked to flirt and joke with the employees at Allsup�½s and Stripes. He loved his nephews and nieces; his favorite thing was to tell them stories and joking with them. He enjoyed playing pool, cards, horseshoes, music and being outdoors. Besides being a jokester, he had a serious side that was kind and loving; always giving of himself to others. He is loved and will always be remembered for these things by his family.

He is survived by his mother Rose Gallegos; 5 brothers; Manuel Beltran (Alvira), Richard Gallegos Jr (Hope), Arthur Gallegos ( Caroline), Daniel Gallegos and Joey Gallegos; 6 sisters Frances Gallegos, Helen Gallegos (Joe), Priscilla Anderson ( Shawnn), Erlinda Garcia (Javier), Mary Ann Garcia, Rebecca Byrd; 24 nieces and nephews, 46 great nieces and nephews, 24 great great nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his father Richard Gallegos, grandparents Mereciano Gallegos and Manuelita Valdez and Jose and Isadora (Lola) Beltran. One brother David �½Bridie�½ Gallegos; Brother in law Micheal Fitzharris; Three great nephews and two great great nephews.

A visitation will be held Sunday, May 24, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Steed Todd Funeral Home. Services for Edward (Eddy) will be Monday, May 25, 2015 at 1:00 pm in The Chapel at Steed Todd Funeral Home 800 E. Manana Blvd in Clovis, NM. Interment will follow in Texico, NM.
