Enola Echols

A Graveside Funeral Service for Enola Hallum Echols will be 10 am Saturday May 10, 2014 at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis NM.

Gene Brian, Randy Brian, Rusty Brian, Marc Johnson, Dick Echols, and Drew Bender will be serving as pallbearers.

Enola Hallum Echols was born on January 22, 1916 in Beach, North Dakota to John and Emma Hallum and passed away the evening of May 4, 2014 in Cleveland, TX. Enola moved to Clovis in 1932 and graduated from Clovis High School. In 1936 she was married to J.K. Board. In 1956 she married Horace Echols. Both have preceded her in death. Enola retired in 1979 from the Curry County Courthouse as the District Court Clerk. After retirement she enjoyed traveling in her RV and belonged to several RV groups.

Also preceding her in death are a son Jesse Board, a daughter Beth Brian, a daughter Nancy Echols Garrison, a grandson Keith Garrison, a granddaughter Patricia Jo Reid, her parents John and Emma Hallum, the cousins that raised her Clay and Harriet Tracy, three sisters Bernice, Selaura Gyda and brother Ervin.

Enola is survived by her son Dick Echols, son in law Gene Brian, grandchildren, Randy, Ken, Steven Brian, Kari Johnson, Casey Bender, Amy, Christopher and Stephanie Echols, Sheri Garrison and Teri Farro great grandchildren Rusty Brian, Kara and China Brian, Hunter and Emily White, Stacy Johnson, Josie McGrew, Lori Blew, Samantha Paulison, Scott Reid, Andrew and Carrie Hemstreet and Gabrielle Garrison great great grandchildren Lily and Rowan Brian, Douglas and Evan Blew and Joseph Reid.
