Estel Brown

Estel Brown, age 84, of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Farwell Care and Rehab Center in Farwell, Texas. Estel was born on June 30, 1927 in Merkel , Texas to Alvin and Anna Brown. He was a longtime Clovis resident. He moved to Clovis from Carlsbad, NM where he was an electrician at the pot ash mines. He enjoyed working around the house building things. He served in the U.S. Navy and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his three sons Ronnie Brown Bruce Darlene Brown of Texico, New Mexico Kelly Brown of Clovis, New Mexico four grandchildren one sister Bina Shaw of Pampa, Texas one brother Burl Brown of Beaver, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Mary Jane Brown, one sister Estelle Owens and one brother G.W. Brown.
