Esther Nunn

Esther C. Nunn, age 89, died Sunday, June 27, 2010, at Retirement Ranch. SteedTodd Funeral Home is handling the cremation and no services will be held.

Nunn was born in 1921 in Castor County, Texas. She moved to Clovis in 1935 with her parents. She married Holt Pete Nunn November 29, 1940. She was a life member of the United Methodist Church, where she was once president of the United Methodist Women.

Survivors include two sons Morris Nunn and his wife Patricia of Denton, Texas Jack Nunn and his wife Charlotte of Deming, New Mexico three grandsons two granddaughters eight great grandchildren and a number of nephews and nieces.

Preceding Nunn in death were her parents, Charles and Locky Moore her husband Pete Nunn one sister, Lucille Horton three brothers, Bob, Ed and Earl Moore and one grandson, Randy Nunn.

Nunn was residing in the Alzheimer Unit at the Retirement Ranch in Clovis at the time of her death, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer Association in her name.
