Eva Martin

Eva Marie Martin, age 89, of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on June 18, 2012 at Clovis Healthcare and Rehab in Clovis, New Mexico.

Eva was born on March 30, 1923 in Boatman, Oklahoma to Clarence and Bertha Boswell Gwartney. She was a Texico, New Mexico since 1952 and was a member of Calvary Tabernacle Church in Clovis, New Mexico.

Eva is survived by three daughters: Velma M.D. Lovvorn of Farwell, Texas, Sue Travis Anderson of Spade, Texas and Alice Terry of Tucson, Arizona one son: Jerry Elaine Martin of Texico, New Mexico one sister: Thelma Walker of Pryor, Oklahoma eleven grandchildren 24 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents her husband, Ora Delbert Martin one son: Larry Dale Martin one brother and two sisters

Funeral services are at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Calvary Tabernacle Church in Clovis, New Mexico with Rev. Lawrence Thompson officiating. Casket bearers are Evas grandsons: Steven Lovvorn, Travis Anderson, Harold Carey, Ty Lovvorn, Jay Martin, Cordell Martin, Arthur Builtron, Casey Walden and Jeremy Walden. Interment will follow at Texico Cemetery in Texico, New Mexico.
