Fay Mcdonald

Fay A. McDonald, 92, of Clovis, New Mexico died Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Fairhaven Assisted Living in Clovis. She was born October 17, 1913 in Atoka, Oklahoma to Elbert Unity Ashcraft.

Fay married William W. McDonald January 9, 1935 in Dimmitt, Texas. They moved to Clovis in 1939. Fay worked at J. C. Penney for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Friends are scattered throughout the community and at their home church. Fay made the best pies and fortunate ones got a slice

Fay is survived by 2 daughters Karen Stith Ron and Mary Kay McDonald-Shelton Paul Shelton; 2 grandchildren Julie and Joe and 3 great grandchildren Cole, Dale Holly.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church in Clovis, the Baptist Childrens Home in Portales or the charity of your choice.

Burial has taken place at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens and a private family graveside will take place at a later date.
