Flavio Garcia

Flavio Lorenzo Garcia, age 23, of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 near Friona, Texas. He was born on December 17, 1994 in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
Lorenzo was currently employed at Cargill in Friona, Texas. He aimed high and always tried to be the best that he could be. In the past, Lorenzo had served as a migrant recruiter for the Clovis Schools and at Los Ninos Elementary School as a Special Educational Assistant. He also served at the high school working in the DECA building. Lorenzo was always willing to volunteer and help out at any school. For a brief period, he even served as a police officer in the Clovis Police Department. Lorenzo was a member of the Apostolic Bible Center in Clovis.
Lorenzo is survived by his mother Francisca Alvarez Vizcarra and Manuel Vizcarra of the home; his father, Flavio Garcia, Sr.; his brothers, Manuel Ivan Vizcarra, Emmanuel Elias Vizcarra and Bruce Andres Garcia; his sister, Christy Vizcarra; his aunts, Mary Campos, Lorene Gutierrez, and Liria Lyon; his uncles, Robert Gabaldon, Epitacio Gabaldon, and Ruben Garcia; and numerous cousins.
Services are scheduled for Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 10:30am at Steed-Todd Funeral Home Chapel in Clovis. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Garden Cemetery in Clovis. Serving as Casket Bearers are, Alex Hernandez, Pete Lascano, John Hong, Josh Campos, Eddie Parada, Jose Luis Parada, Ramon Vizcarra and Jesus Saradia.
