Frances Chandler

Frances Louise Chandler, 88 years old, died peacefully April 25, 2011, in Escondido, California where she recently visited with all seven of her children: Amie King residing in Ramona, California Barbara Nash, Denver, Colorado Chad Chandler, Raleigh, North Carolina Marsa Chandler, San Diego, California Gwen Dean, Mesa, Arizona Shirley Riegel and Diana Chandler, Duncan, Oklahoma. This loving mother was also blessed with 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Frances was born in Gilmer, Texas to Lula Mae Turner and William Larkin Farr. Frances, age 10, and her mother moved to Hollene, New Mexico, where Frances went to school and met her husband, P.R. Pete Chandler who is buried at Hollene historic Cemetery where Frances will also be laid to rest.

In memory of her life, the children of Frances welcome family and friends to join them at SteedTodd Funeral Home in Clovis, New Mexico, Monday, May 2, 5:00 8:00 p.m. Services will be held Tuesday, May 3 at 10:00 a.m. also at SteedTodd Chapel with Pastor B.J. Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Hollene Cemetery.
