Frank Dalton

Frank A. Dalton age 102 of Clovis, New Mexico died August 31, 2007 at Laurel Plains Healthcare in Clovis. He was born September 12, 1904 in Bible Grove, Missouri to Joseph and Julia Dalton. He graduated High School in Ashland, Kansas and after graduation went to business school for a couple of years. He worked as a Master Carpenter and was partners in several Livestock Auctions as well as a Working Cowboy. He was active in Rodeos where he rode saddle broncs and calf roped. He married Exa E. Reid February 15, 1958 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. They came to Clovis in 1965 where he worked as a Livestock Trader.

He is survived by his wife Exa E. Dalton of Clovis, one son Frank and wife Lois Dalton of Clovis. Three grandchildren Jacob Frasure of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Zane Dalton of Clovis, and Shane Dalton of Clovis. Numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and seven sisters.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens with Lawrence Thompson officiating.
