Gabriel Juarez-Vega, 76 a beloved father of Sudan, Texas passed away on August 6th in Lubbock, Texas.

Born on the 11th of April 1948 in Apaseo El Alto, Guanajuato to Teodulo Juarez and M. Constancia Vega.

Gabriel was a man whose life was a testament to his immense love and dedication to his family.

He is survived by his 5 children: Elizabeth Fabela (Manuel) of Muleshoe, TX, Gabriel Juarez (Maria) of Clovis, NM, Steven Juarez of Muleshoe TX, Susie Juarez of Sudan, TX and George Alvarez of Greeley, CO.

His pride and joy were his grandchildren: Dominique, Matthew and Christian Fabela, Marcos, Caleb Garcia and Matteo Juarez, Avery, Grace and Soraya Alvarez, little George and Arianna Alvarez.

His lifetime best friends were his brothers, Antonio Juarez, Salvador Juarez (Maria), Jose Juarez (Lorena).

He worked in agriculture until he retired and continued to work his land and care for his animals and enjoy nature. Gabriel was a very loving and driven man,he never gave up on anyone or anything, seeing him go through the battles we all face in life would motivate anyone to continue to fight for what was right. If you knew Mr. Juarez: he was a believer in JESUS CHRIST, respectful, kind, caring,loving and honest to all. He was a man of immense humor and wisdom.He loved music and his air accordion of course, driving tractor, cooking out and making tortillas. His family rejoices in the fact that he is resting in the kingdom of Heaven!
