Geneva Smith

Geneva Smith, age 64 of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on February 13, 2014 at Lovelace Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Geneva was born on November 10, 1949 in Oklahoma City, OK to Henry and El Juena Gibbs Pace. She married Kenneth Smith on May 8, 1970 in Clovis, NM. Geneva loved being a mother and spending time with her grandkids.

She is survived by two sons: Donald and Margarita Smith and Dennis and Patricia Smith, all of Clovis, NM one daughter: Tammy Smith and Gene Sandoval of Clovis, NM her mother: El Juena Jaquez of Clovis, NM eight grandchildren: Maurice Dixon, Aubrey Ann Sandoval, Vannessa Sandoval, Nela Dixon, Azzianna Smith, Issac Smith, Kandise Smith and Anette Dixon one brother: Bobby Pace of Clovis, NM and two sisters: Virginia Turner of Wichita, KS and Jean Crook of Clovis, NM.

She is preceded in death by her father her husband: Kenneth Smith one son: Robert Smith one daughter: Christina Smith four brothers: Mike Pace, Pete Pace, Billy Pace and Albert Jaquez and one sister: Teresa Jaquez.

Funeral services are at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 17, 2014 at SteedTodd Funeral Home Chapel in Clovis, NM with Pastor David Dawson officiating. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis, NM. Pallbearers are Perry Whitley, Lee Whitley, Blakey Ross, Gary Morris, Billy Pace, Doug Whitley, Antwan Payton and Mike Riggan. Honorary pallbearers are Brian Hensley, Barbara Whitley, Linda Lawson and all of Genevas grandkids.
