George Foster

George Leon Foster, 48, of Clovis, New Mexico, died Friday, December 27, 2008, at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. He was born October 15, 1960 in Big Spring, Texas to Ira Lee Georgia Lee Green Foster.

He was a restaurant cook.

He is survived by his son, George Leon Foster Jr. of Clovis; 2 sisters, Ira Ann Foster of Bryan, Texas and Joyce L. Foster of Clovis; 4 brothers, Roy Lee Foster of Fort Worth, Texas, Charles A. Foster and Scott L. Foster both of Clovis and Robert D. Foster of Colorado; Uncles Aunts, Jelly Foster Lizzy of San Antonio, Texas, Lester Dickson, J. R. Dickson Jimmy Dickson all of Bryan, Texas, Mary Houston of Colorado and Rosie Paxton of Big Spring.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2009 at Steed-Todd Chapel. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories.

Casket bearers will be Clinton Ransom, Clifton Ransom, Jerry Marshall, Mike Dickson, Fredrick Johnson, Douglas Walker, Andre Archie Harry Vetterly.
