Gloria Orozco

Gloria Orozco De Barriga 76, of Clovis NM went to be with the Lord on December 2, 2024, surrounded by her family.

Rosary will be Thursday, December 5th, 2024, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic church at 10 am followed by mass of resurrection officiated by Fr. Eli Valadez.

Gloria Orozco de Barriga was born in Satevo Chihuahua Mexico on December 18, 1947, to the home of Roman Barriga and Soccoro Cerros. She Married Antonio Orozco on December 15, 1972, in Chihuahua Chihuahua. She was a homemaker and helped with the funerals at Our Lady of Guadalupe church. Gloria loved to be social and was an avid member of la casa senior center for many years. Gloria loved her family and was very proud of her children, grand children and great grandchildren. Gloria is proceeded in death by her brother Jaime Barriga and her parents. Gloria is survived by her Husband Antonio Orozco, her son Antonio Lorenzo Orozco and her Daughter Gloria Orozco-Garcia (Jimmy) her grandchildren Jimmy, Fayth, Joshua, Nadia, Landon, Jaymee, Chandler, and Jazmyne. Gloria had two great grandchildren Isacc and Abel that brought her tremendous joy. Pall bears are Jimmy Garcia Jr, Joshua Garcia, Isaac Gutierrez, Kaden Kinkade, Ricardo Trillo, Eddy Orozco, and Luis Monge. Arrangements are under the personal care of Steed-Todd funeral home.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of retirement Ranch and Gentiva hospice for their loving care and support they provided in this very difficult time. Gloria will remain in the hearts of many for her caring nature and strong will.
