Guadalupe Nunez

Guadalupe Lupe Nunez, age 59, of Clovis, New Mexico passed away on September 10, 2012 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, New Mexico.

Lupe was born on July 31, 1953 to Gilberto and Guadalupe Salinas Gutierrez in San Diego, Texas. She was a Clovis resident all of her life and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She volunteered at the Light House Mission. Lupe loved to play cards and bingo. She loved her two cats, Demon and Fluffy.

Lupe is survived by two sons: Dathan Romero of Commerce City, Colorado and David Vega of Clovis, New Mexico two daughters: Ursela Vega and Rita Spradlin, both of Alamogordo, New Mexico one brother: George Gutierrez of Clovis, New Mexico six sisters: Mary Salinas of Mesquite, Texas, Dela Benavidez of Socorro, New Mexico, Nora Saenz of Dimmitt, Texas, Alma Lewallen of Montana and Elma Dominguez and Connie Rodriguez, both of Clovis, New Mexico her mother: Guadalupe Gutierrez of Clovis, New Mexico eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Memorial services are at 1:00 p.m. of Friday, September 14, 2012 at SteedTodd Chapel in Clovis, New Mexico with Richard Gomez officiating.
