Harold Ulibarri

Harold Ulibarri, 66, of Clovis, NM, went to be with our Lord, on Monday, November 13, 2017. Harold was born on June 12, 1951, in Santa Rosa, NM, to Valentine and Isabell (Madrid) Ulibarri. Harold graduated from Santa Rosa High in 1970. He also served in the US Army. At a young age Harold spent many years helping out at his grandfather's ranch in Colonias, NM. Horseback riding was one of the things he enjoyed the most.
He is survived by his son, Michael Ulibarri (partner Matt Vigil); daughter, Phyliss Ulibarri; granddaughters, Ana Valdez and Danica Valdez; two brothers, Tony (Fidelia) Ulibarri and Marty Ulibarri; five sisters: Lucy Encinias, Ana (Alfredo) Delgado , Lupe (Roger) Duncan, Gloria Ulibarri, and Louisa (Marcos) Ulibarri. Also surviving is his niece Carla Encinias, who was his caregiver for many years; and numerous nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Benny; sister-in-law Florinda Ulibarri; two brothers-in-law, Carlos Encinias and Roger Hepler.
Rosary will be recited on Saturday, November 18, 2017, 10:00am, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Clovis, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30. Burial is to be held at San Jose Cemetery in Santa Rosa, NM at 3:00pm. Pallbearers will be Michael Ulibarri, Mark Ulibarri, Phillip Martinez Jr, and Dorian Montoya. Reception will follow at the house of Dan and Shannon Rowe in Santa Rosa.
