Imogene Willmon

Imogene Willmon, 92, of Clovis, passed away on September 27, 2023, in Clovis, NM.

Visitation will be 4pm-8pm on Friday, September 29th at Steed-Todd Funeral Home.

Graveside service will be held at 2pm on Monday, October 2nd at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Jon Forrest officiating.

Imogene was born in O’Donnell, TX to Martin and Ima Wall on May 9, 1931. She was a graduate of Portales High School. She married T.E. Willmon, Jr. on May 12, 1950.

She was a faithful member of the Advent Christian Church of Clovis. Her hobbies included painting and spending time with her two grandsons and many families and friends.

Imogene is preceded in death by her husband, T.E. Willmon, Jr.; one son, Darrell Allen Willmon; two brothers, Vurles Wall and AV Wall; one sister, Carolyn Wall; and her parents, Martin and Ima Wall.

Imogene is survived by one brother, Bill Wall; two sons, Brian Willmon and Greg (Dotty) Willmon; two grandsons, Mark Willmon and David Willmon; eight nephews and one niece, Covey Wall, Dargan Wall, Kirk Wall, Kent Wall, Mike Wall, Cash Wall, Ken Willmon, Mike Willmon, and Nelda Lobb; and several great- nieces and nephews.

The family respectfully requests donations be made to Baptist Children’s Home, 2200 S. Ave. I, Portales, NM, or to your favorite church in lieu of flowers or gifts.
