Jack Wade Slaughter was born in Clovis June 26, 1930. Married Jean Jaquess May 27,br1947 in Clovis. Jack was born to Rev. Mrs. M. E. Slaughter. brbrJack is survived by his Children, Billy Slaughter, Joann Garcia, and Matthew Wade Woodall Sr, all of the home, and one brother JD Slaughter also of Clovis, and eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.brbrJack is preceded in death by his parents, M. E. Slaughter Cordia Slaughter. His wifebrJean. Three daughters, Barbara Slaughter, Betty Woodall, and Nita Gay Stelzig. Onebrgranddaughter, Cheryl Graham. Two sisters Ruby Mae Boatman, and Lucille Felty, andbrthree brothers, L E Slaughter, Robert Slaughter, and Leroy Slaughter.brbrJack was a life member of VFW Post 3015 for over fifty years, and was also pastbrcommander for three terms.
