Jackie Post

Jackie C. Post, age 64, of Clovis, New Mexico passed away May 18, 2015 at his home.

Jack was born August 13, 1950 in Ottumwa, Iowa to Louise and Charles Post. After High School he joined the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller, and served honorably for 20 years. During that time he saved many lives including a civilian aircraft full of passengers. He also served in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged in 1989 where he continued in service as an Air Traffic Controller in California for the US Customs Service Treasury. He later moved back to Clovis, New Mexico where he worked at Holland Office and then Terri�½s Floors to go.

He is survived by the love of his life Cathy Schurr, his daughter Angela (Post) Sena, son-in-law Adam Sena, his son Chris Post, daughter-in-law Abby Post. Many loving grandchildren, Aleah Post, Amber Sena, Kaleb Sena, Joseph Sena, and Allen Post.

Jack Post was a loving selfless man who loved all others before himself. He always took care of all of his friends and family. During his free time he hung out at his second home VFW Post 3280, Fraternal Order of Eagles 3245, Amveters Post 14.

Funeral services will be held at Steed-Todd Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Friday, May 22, 2015.
