Jacklyn Esquibel

Jacklyn Rochelle Esquibel, age 22, of Clovis, NM went to join her Lord on April 17, 2014. She was surrounded by her family and friends during a courageous battle with diabetes and lupus. She was a strong and brave lady during the difficult times in her life.

She was the child of Rosalie Esquibel and Earl Allen of Clovis. She loved spending time with family and friends, eating homemade food and fellowship. She was engaged to the love of her life, Weston Bobo. Together they shared many wonderful memories and were blessed with a bundle of joy, their son Braxton. Her favorite color was baby blue, which are the color of her sons eyes. She was known by everyone as a kind and loving person. She enjoyed listening and dancing to music. She was selected as the Student of the Year in high school.

The family would like to thank all of her friends for the support they have given.

Jacklyn is survived by her fiance Weston Bobo and her son: Braxton Nathaniel Bobo, both of Clovis, NM her parents: Rosalie Esquibel and Earl Allen, both of Clovis, NM two brothers: Malcolm Allen of Clovis, NM and Tevin Martinez of Dallas, TX one sister: Teaya Johnson of Clovis, NM aunts and uncles: Richard Esquibel of Clovis, NM, Abel Jr. Julia Esquibel of Roswell, NM, Tina Ron Kill of North Dakota, Lisa Richard Doran of Clovis, NM, Patricia Larry Brooks of Albuquerque, NM, Vivian Johnny Cortez of Albuquerque, NM, Christine Robert Webb of Clovis, NM, Jeanette Martin of Clovis, NM, Barbara Angel Mineto of Miami, FL and Elizabeth Bouman of St. Petersburg, FL and grandparents: Mary Esquibel and Yvonne Brown, both of Clovis, NM.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Abel Esquibel Sr. and cousin: Lupe Esquibel.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at SteedTodd Funeral Home. Funeral services are at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at SteedTodd Funeral Home Chapel in Clovis, NM with Rev. Terry Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis, NM. Casket bearers are Justin Martin, Jarrod Martin, Richard Jr. Esquibel, Glenn Jr. Bass, Johnny Jr. Cortez and Robert Webb.
