Jack's life journey came to a close peacefully on Sunday January 9, 2022 in Dallas, TX surrounded by his loved ones. He was the youngest son to Vester and Cleta Nutt born in Clovis, NM on April 20, 1977. He had many fond memories he shared about his childhood including riding his bike with friends, listening to music and going to the old comic book store. He was self taught Photoshop, where his creativity flowed and finally achieved his long time graphic design dream and opened his own business Lucky Designs.
Jack loved an assortment of art and music but his favorite was heavy metal. He loved riding his motorcycle, woodworking and even learned to fly a plane. He really was a Jack of all trades. Creativity came easy for him and if anyone needed help, he dropped everything and was the first one there to lend a hand. He was a loving father and for many years it was just him and his daughter Clara, then at the age of 34, he married his soulmate and love of his life Rachel. She came fully loaded with 4 children and his family was complete. Jack also found a job that he absolutely loved, doing general maintenance for the Clovis Municipal Schools. He loved knowing he was helping to keep the children safe there. If he called you his brother or sister, he meant it. He was always willing to lend a listening ear and advice if needed.
He was preceded in death by his father Vester Nutt and nephew Perry Nowlin.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel, five children, Hunter, Clara (TimLee), Paige, Abbigail and ZoeyLynn, granddaughters Brenlie, Preslie and Jacklynn, his mother Cleta Nutt, brothers Vester (Jessie) and Donnie (Gala) Nutt, sister Leta (George) Nowlin and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
