James Weatherford

James Lee Weatherford, 87, of Ft. Sumner, NM, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017.

James was born on January 18, 1930 to Roy and May Bell Weatherford in Mesilla Park, New Mexico.

James is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and May Bell Weatherford, his brother, Delma Weatherford, and his sister Florence.

He is survived by his wife, Sammie Weatherford; sons, Allen Ladd, Larry Ladd, Dell Weatherford, and Calvin Weatherford; daughters, Jody Johnson, Beth Truman, and Michelle Ransom; two sisters-in-law, Kay WoodWard and Apple Weatherford; three brothers-in-law, Robert, Johhny ,and Michel Serratt; 14 grandkids and 16 great-grandkids.
