Jannette Maggio, age 61, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2011 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on January 5, 1950 in Ft. Sumner, New Mexico to J.D. and Oleta Richburg.
She is survived by her husband Don Maggio, of the home two daughters, Allyson Clifford Warwick, and Angela Miles Moulder both of Clovis, New Mexico one sister, Jean Stevens of Midland, Texas and two grandchildren, Kason Warrick and Bryce Moulder, both of Clovis, New Mexico.
She is preceded in death by her parents, J.D. and Oleta Richburg one brother, James Cecil Richburg and one sister, Marilyn Ann Richburg.
Jannette graduated from Ft. Sumner High School in 1968 and obtained an Associates Degree from ENMU in 1970, as a Medical Secretary. She came to Clovis after school and was employed with Hagelgantz Big Country Ford, and later went to work for Plains Regional Medical Center and worked as a Medical Records Diagnostic Coder. She loved to read, enjoyed going to the gym and collecting pottery. She left this world a better place.

Family will be at SteedTodd Funeral Home tonight, May 6, 2011 to receive family and friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Ft. Sumner, New Mexico at the Ft. Sumner Cemetery with, Pastor Michael Brunk, officiating. Honorary casket bearers will be all her close lifelong friends. A potluck style lunch, with much food already provided, will be served at noon, at First United Methodist Church, 1501 Sycamore Clovis, New Mexico. All friends and family are welcome to join us for lunch and visitation.
