Jerry Ruben Martinez, 62, beloved brother and father, was called to his eternal resting place on January 29th, 2020 with his family by his side. Jerry was born on November 19th, 1957 to Romolo & Aurelia (Sena) Martinez in Clovis NM.
He is survived by his children Jessica Montoya (Tony Tran) of Los Lunas NM, Richard Ortiz of Dumas TX, Daniel Martinez of L.A. CA, Deidra Serna of Clovis NM, Dana Martinez of Clovis NM, Michael Encinias of Portales NM, Kameron Anaya
of Clovis, Vanessa Mata of Midland TX, and Jeralee Martinez of Albuqueruqe NM. He had 19 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Jerry is also survived by his brother Lalo (Terri) Martinez of Reseda CA. His sister's Frances Johnson, Madlyn Velarde, Geneva Barela & Mary (Al) Lewis of Clovis NM.
Jerry is preceded in death by his son, Jerry Abran Martinez, parents Romolo & Aurelia (Sena) Martinez, brother's Daniel Martinez, Tommy Martinez, & Robert Martinez.
A viewing will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Monday February 3rd, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Rosary will start at 10:15 a.m with the Mass of the Resurrection to follow at 10:45 a.m.
Services will be officiated by Father Joe Idomele.
Pallbearers Include: John Warner of Clovis, Chris Chavez of Clovis, Tommy Sena of Clovis, David Pacheco of Clovis, Virgil Garcia of Clovis and Richard Gonzales of Clovis.
