Jesus Guerra

Jesus Guerra, Age 79, of Clovis, NM passed away on April 13, 2014 in his home.

Jesus was born on April 13, 1935 to Luciano and Maria Rosa Guerra in Victoria, Texas. He married Viola Robles on January 15, 1955. He enlisted into the Air Force on June 30, 1954, and was discharged on December 2, 1957 as an Airman Basic. After his service in the military, he was a truck driver for many years.

Jesus is survived by three sons Pat and Annette Guerra of Athens, Tennessee, Louis and Seferina Guerra of Clovis, NM, and Jessie Chewy and Corina Guerra of Amarillo, TX three daughters Susan and Mark Englant, Bertha Robles and Tony Gallegos, and Mary Crisp and Donald Montano, all of Clovis NM. two brothers Encarnacion Guerra and Lucenio Guerra Jr. both of San Antonio, TX. Four Sisters Lilia G. Alexander of Florida, Maria Yesgonis, Dolores Guerra, and Odelia G. Herrera, all of San Antonio, TX. Twenty five grandkids, and forty five great grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Viola Guerra, second wife Irma Saiz, and one sister Lucia G. Navejar.

The family will be visiting with friends Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 68:00 p.m. at SteedTodd Funeral Home in Clovis, NM. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at SteedTodd Funeral Home in Clovis, NM. A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 17, 2014 at SteedTodd Funeral home in Clovis, NM with Deacon Bob Pullings, Officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis, NM. Pallbearers are grandchildren Lance Lukkar, Lyle Lukkar, Raymond Lukkar, Josh Crisp, Charlie Crisp, Benny Lukkar, J.R. Salinas, Eric Saiz, and Jessie Crisp.
