Joe Valero, Jr.

Joe Guadalupe Valero, Jr., age 44, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Joe was born on November 16, 1966 in Friona, Texas to Joe Guadalupe Valero, Sr. and Anna Jones. He was a Dallas Cowboy fan. He loved cars and music. He was a loving father and loved his children very much. He is preceded in death by the love of his life Lupita, whom he was about to marry.

Survivors are his mother Anna Jones Ray of Clovis, NM brothers, Michael Valero, Frank Valero, Charles Valero, all of Clovis, NM sisters, Diana Brian Giddings, and Mary Ann Stephan Winters, all of Clovis, NM two grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Guadalupe Valero, Sr.

A rosary will be recited on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. with Mass following, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Clovis with Father Sotero Sena, officiating. Burial will follow at the Bailey County Cemetery in Muleshoe, TX. Pallbearers will be Michael Valero, Charles Valero, Frank Valero, Stephen Winters, Brian Giddings, Michael Valero, Jr., Jeremiah Gonzales, and Matthew Valero. Honorary Pallbearers will be his children, Joesiah Valero, Luciano Valero, Gino Valero, Renee Lopez, and Marisol Castillo.
