Jolee Jae Krouse, age 5, of Clovis, New Mexico, passed away on Sunday the 9th of June, 2024 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Visitation will be from 5 pm until 7 pm on Tuesday June 18th at Steed-Todd Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Wednesday June 19th at Central Baptist Church with Pastor Michael Kirby and B.J. Brooks officiating. A burial will follow at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements have been made with Steed-Todd Funeral Home.
Jolee Jae was born in Clovis, New Mexico to Michael and Teri Krouse on August 3rd, 2018. She attended school with her big sister at the Clovis Christian Schools.
Jolee Jae is preceded in death by Denise Krouse, grandmother, Rebecca Krouse, great-grandmother, Richard Krouse, great-grandfather, Kay Snowden, great-grandmother, and Larry Snowden, great-grandfather.
Jolee Jae is survived by her big sister, Madisyn Kruckeberg (May Yay), mother and father, Teri and Michael Krouse (Mommy and Daddy), aunts, Kristin Kruckeberg (Nin-Nin), and Destinee Krouse, uncles, Brad Kruckeberg (Bubba), Shawn Kruckeberg (Shawny), Tyler Krouse, Logan Gardner, and Jim Dalley, grandparents, Elaine Kruckeberg (Grandma), Barbara Lewis (Nana), Gary Kruckeberg (Papa), Dean Krouse (Pops).
Pallbearers will be Dean Krouse, Logan Gardner, Brad Kruckeberg, and Shawn Kruckeberg.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the Clovis Christian School Eagles Sports Teams and the 2023-2024 Kindergarten class at the Clovis Christian School.
Memorials may be given in honor of Jolee Jae to Clovis Christian Schools at 2000 Humphrey Rd., Clovis, New Mexico 88101.
The family of Jolee Jae wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the Doctor's and Staff at the Devos Childrens Hospital, Munson Medical Center, family and friends at Clovis Christian Schools and Central Baptist Church, Kristin Kruckeberg, Dean Krouse, Barbara Lewis, Jim Dalley, Kara, Colby, Shae and Layton Stageberg, and everyone who has offered support, love and prayers.
The family wishes to celebrate Jolee Jae the way she always was. We ask that all family members wear a bright blue color, and friends wear other bright colors. Please, no black attire.
