Jose Joe Aragon, 75, passed away July 26, 2014 in Albuquerque, NM.

Visitation will be at 10am12pm, Friday, August, 2014 at SteedTodd Funeral Home Chapel. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 am Saturday, August 2, 2014 with a memorial mass to follow at 10 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Mission Gardens Cemetery.

Jose Aragon was born August 3, 1939 to Senon Aragon and Floripa Tafoya in Vaughn, NM. He was a sanitation driver for the City of Clovis where he retired after 38 years. He enjoyed walking and visiting with friends and family. Joe also liked collecting old coins. He was a member of the Catholic Faith.

He is survived by his two daughters Mary Helen Urioste Anastacio of Clovis, Pauline Chavez Adam Cobos of Clovis, two sons, Joshua Beare Floyd of Texico, Johnny Aragon Phyllis of Clovis, two brothers, Albino Aragon of Clovis, Senon Aragon Jr., of Kansas, three sisters, Lucille Nelson of Clovis, Nora Zarbaugh of San Antonio, TX, Ciprianna Woolis of Wichita Falls, TX, six grandchildren and twenty five greatgrandchildren. Joe also has extended family members, Debbie Mondragon, of Clovis, Angela Mondragon of Clovis, Manuel Cox of Albuquerque, NM, Cecelia Samora of Albuquerque, NM, Jane Gallegos of Clovis, Peggy Lopez of Clovis, Joseph Mondragon of Clovis, Gloria Longoria of Abilene, TX.

Joe is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Aragon, his parents, two brothers, Victor and Modesto Aragon, his sisters, Ruby Esparza, Mary Gonzales, Tillie Marez, Rosita Romero, Terry Anaya, one grandson and 2 greatgrandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be his grandsons.
