Mrs. Joyce Ann Magruder Gustafson Adams, 62, of Clovis, New Mexico, passed away Friday, May 27, 2005. Mrs. Adams was born November 19, 1942 in Houston, Texas to Byron Randie Magruder and Mildred Lennon Magruder. brbrMrs. Adams taught school in Socorro for 17 years and was librarian for another 17 years. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and testing many different varieties of food.brbrShe is preceded in death by her son, Robert Bruce Adams. Mrs. Adams is survived by one son, Keith Adams and his wife Elaine of Clovis; two brothers, Byron Magruder and his wife Bobbye of Lubbock, Texas, and Dick Magruder and his wife Kelly of Republic, Missouri; five grandchildren, Patirck and Victoria Adams of Clovis, Bobby Lee Adams of Dallas, Texas, and Bobby Bruce and Ana Adams of Tucson, Arizona.brbrA graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at the Masonic Cemetery in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
