Karen Kay Cadwallader, age 64, of Clovis, New Mexico, passed away peacefully at her home in Clovis on Saturday, March 9, 2013. She was born on October 29, 1948 in Rushville, Nebraska to the home of Robert and Harriette Stephens Bayliss.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Cadwallader of the home.

Cremation will take place and services will be planned for a later date.
