Kenneth Albright age 76 of Clovis, New Mexico passed away Sunday, January 27, 2008 at his home. He was born September 4, 1931 in Glendale, California to J.J. Dick and Sally Maines Albright. The family moved to Clovis where he graduated from Clovis High. He attended college and then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. He served in the Korean Conflict and was discharged in July of 1954. After the service he went to work for the Civil Service where he was a radar technician in Sierra Vista, Arizona and at White Sands Missile range in Alamogordo, New Mexico. In the 1970s he moved back to Clovis to work for the family farm where he lived then and retired. He enjoyed drinking coffee at McDonalds with all his coffee buddies.
He is survived by one son Larry Albright and wife Joanne of Clovis; one daughter Retta Stewart and husband Mike of San Antonio, Texas; three grandchildren Misty Albright of Clovis; Jeremy Albright of Clovis; and Jason Workheiser and his wife Janette of Albuquerque, New Mexico; three great grandchildren Brendon Albright, Natalie Brook Albright; and Kaly Marie Albright all of Clovis.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, January 31, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens, Clovis New Mexico with Bobby Jack Stewart officiating.
In memory of Mr. Albright the family would suggest that he would want his buddies to have a cup of coffee for him and of course Dutch treat.
