Laura Tate

Laura Mae Tate, 86, of Clovis died October 20, 2012 in Clovis. She was born January 19, 1926 to Jess and Lottie Jones. She was the oldest of 4 children. She married Wendall Travis Tate June 26, 1944 in Topeka, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and one sister, Mary Ella Miller. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Rickstrew and husband Tom from Salina, Kansas, one granddaughter Ashley Goldbaum and husband Ben of Clovis, one great grandson Connor Goldbaum. Survivors also include a sister, Glenda Johns and her husband David and a brother, Wendell Jones and his wife Liea and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be at SteedTodd Chapel at 10:00 am, Tuesday, October 23, 2012 with Pastor Furgus Tunnell officiating. Burial will be at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis.
