Laveta Lanier, age 91, of Clovis, died Friday, March 11, 2011 at Retirement Ranch. She was born on September 17, 1919 in Texas.
Laveta was a bookkeeper at Montgomery Ward, and is survived by one son, Woodrow Lyndon Delores Lanier of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. She is preceded in death by her husband, brothers and sisters.
No services will be held. Cremation has taken place.
