In memory of Lemuel O. Granada MD

Lemuel Orendain Granada, 91, of Clovis, passed away on March 6th 2017 in Clovis NM.

Visitation with family will be 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday March, 14th at Steed-Todd Funeral Home in Clovis, New Mexico.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday March 15th, 2017 at Bethel Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Lemuel Perry of Bethel Assembly, officiating. Burial will follow at Lawn Haven Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home.

Lemuel O. Granada MD was born in Guimbal, Iloilo Philippines to Roque and Annunciation Granada on June 14, 1925. He went to school at Guimbal. He married Hazel Hilton on December 18, 1954 in Harrison Michigan. He graduated from Central Philippine University, and Wayne State University. He worked as a Psychiatrist for Mental Health Resources for many years. He also worked as an Internist and Psychiatrist in private practice during the ‘70s and ‘80s in Mount Pleasant and Alma Michigan. He was involved in the local chapter of the Gideon's and was highly involved in his church, Bethel Assembly.

Lemuel O. Granada MD is preceded in death by His sisters, Rhodora Granada and Lillian Rahman also his brothers Ernesto and Melgre Granada.

Lemuel is survived by his wife of over 62 years Hazel Granada, Children: Lemuel (Colleen) Granada, Lee (Linda) Granada, Timothy (April) Granada. He is also survived by grandchildren: Luke, Jonathan, Loreen, Christina, Casey, Taylor, Michelle, and Ana; Great grandchildren: Oliver and Owen.

Pallbearers will be Lem Granada Jr., Lee Granada, Tim Granada, Jonathan Granada, Eddie Miller, John Book, and Mike Hatfield.

Memorials may be given to Gideon's International.

The family of Lemuel wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Graham MD and the staff of St. Anthony's Health Care and Rehabilitation.
